We will be happy to come out and do a complete survey of your home and discuss your comfort concerns. This includes measuring your home, checking window sizes and type, wall and attic insulation, which way your home faces, along with ductwork layout and size. Using all this information, along with other variables, we complete a heat loss/heat gain calculation to determine what size furnace and air conditioner or heat pump your home requires. This is the only way to be certain your equipment is sized correctly.
We also want to know what concerns you have; rooms too hot or too cold, humidity control, allergies, dust, energy savings, etc. We need to know what issues are important to you, so together, we can design your new home comfort system.
